If one is taking Montelukast tabs/Singulair and pregnancy occurs, or if one is thinking of becoming pregnant while taking the drug, please let the doc know. He or she will consider both the benefits and risks of using the drug during pregnancy before making a recommendation in your particular situation.
No results have been reported between montelukast & levocetirizine, however it would be best checked with the healthcare provider who prescribed the med, hope this helps?
