No, Mirena will not give a false negative on a pregnancy test.

If the pregnancy (hCG - human chorionic gonadotrophin) hormones are present then the test will be positive.

Your answer is wrong. The Mirena can and has caused both urine and blood tests to come out negative. I am 6 months pregnant and my tests are still coming out negative. I am too far along to remove the Mirena without harm. Before you give an answer you should check your facts next time. Just saying, not trying to be rude.
