Personally, I have taken Midrin with Naltrexone. I have been on Subutex and Suboxone, as well, and still taken my Midrin. So, although I would definitely still talk to a Dr. and/or a Pharmacist (they sometimes know more about drug interactions), I don't really see any reason why you couldn't. Midrin does not have an opiate derivative in it. It contains tylenol with a mixture of mild sedatives for the vascular/migraine headaches. Good luck! Hope that helps.
