Mefenamic acid may cause side effects including swelling of the eyes, face, lips, tongue, throat, hands, arms. feet. ankles or lower leg. This is a serious side effect and should call the doctor immediately. Tell your friend not take anymore mefenamic acid until he/she talk to a doctor.
