I think any drug can be used for recreation, but Meclizine is unlikely going to give him a high, it is used for vertigo alot so it would probably just make him sick if he had to many, it shouldn't give him a high if anything it would do just the opposite. Meclizine is generally pretty safe. I hope this eases your mind some and good luck boys are always the worse. Just kidding.
