Can Lotrel cause bruising like popped vessels?

Currently taking 10mg of amplodipine. not working effectively so do you think lotrel will work ?

I have been on Lotrel for about 4 weeks..2.5/10 can I just stop taking the drug by myself?

Do I have to be weened off of the drug by my doctor
