Can lopermide(immodium) produce false positive results for opiates?

Honestly, nothing would surprise me these days regarding false positives. Poor quality control in the labs and outdated chemicals used in these test kits result in many false positives each day.That's why it's so important to mention everything you have taken within the past 30 days. Not only that, there are KNOWN substances that cause false positives. Then again, how could you be expected to remember the 15 mini lemon poppy seed muffins you pigged out on last week? There really needs to be a more accurate system in place that is cost efficient too. Otherwise these false positives will continue to leave people jobless and ruin reputations.
