my aunt is taking lanoxin and she told me that i is for her high blood pressure but when i looked it up it said something different can lanoxin be used for high blood pressure

Lanoxin is prescribed for heart failure or atrial fibrillation (which is a heart rhythm disorder.)

It is never used to treat high blood pressure. Your aunt may have high blood pressure and may be taking Lanoxin, but that won't be the reason she is taking it.
