Can combo of Benazepril, Lipitor, Metoprolol ER and Diphenhydramine make you sleepy?

Benadryl (diphenhydramine) is an antihistamine and is the medication most likely to have made you drowsy. Drowsiness is a common side-effect. There should be a warning on the label.

The answer is yes, this combo will make you very sleepy

benazaprol --- dizziy, drowsy.
lipitor --- weakness with fever or flu symptoms
metoprolol ER--- dizzy
diphenhydramine er--- sleepiness, fatigue, or dizziness
