I have been severely congested, quite recently, which is why I tried the nasal spray. Sudafed was the only one that worked. I have been using it once a day (twice on a handful of occasions), for two or three months.
Hope you can help.
Can inhaling some or too much Xylometazoline (Sudafed nasal spray), trigger Rosacea attacks?

I also have Rosacea. Sudafed is a stimulant; so I imagine that Sudafed nasal spray would have the same effect. Any stimulant such as caffeine frequently triggers a Rosacea attack. You might want to try and ween yourself off of it. A steroid nasal spray such as Nasacort may help you.
