Diabetes patients - Xenical may affect your blood sugar. Check blood sugar levels closely. Ask your doctor before you change the dose of your diabetes medicine.

XENICAL is indicated for obese patients with an initial body mass index (BMI) ≥ 30 kg/m2 or ≥ 27 kg/m2 in the presence of other risk factors (eg, hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia). It would be better to check it with your doc./pharmacist who has prescribed the medication, hope this helps?
