I am currently taking 20 mg of methidone, 3 times a day for chronic pain, with a 25 mg fentinol patch. Occaisonally, I have pain that is horribly bad due to being on my feet to long or from overworking. I needed to know if I could use Norco as a breakthrough for the occasional use?
Can I use Norco as a "breakthrough" while taking Methidone and Fentenal?

It sounds like methadone and fentanol are not working for you. Norco is weaker than those two. What is causing your chronic pain?
BTW: I do use Norco as breakthrough for my pain. If Norco can breakthrough the pain after you are on those two, then I don't see why not. I just can't imagine it being ABLE to though.
Can you ask your boss for a position where you are not on your feet as much? Get a position where you sit more?
