Can I use collagenase santyl for cellulitus under my breasts and under my "spare tire"

under my breasts and under the fat is skin that is peeling and sometimes smells. it also is slimy sometimes. i was diagnosed with cellulitus on my leg about 6 months ago but its gone now. this thing i am assuming is cellulitus is sometimes itchy and sticky and icky. want to get rid of it without going to a doc.

Collengenase Santyl is an enzyme to debride dead cells from wounds. This will not work for what you have. What you have going on sounds more like a fungal overgrowth. A medication for jock itch or athletes foot would work better for you. Somethin like Lotrimen AF. Use the medication the way it says for jock itch (which is also a type of fungal infection) Wash the area and pat dry before applying the cream. You can also mix the Lotrimen with some hydrocortisone cream if the area is very red or itchy. If you choose to use a bit of cortisone cream, mix them about 1:1 and apply to the areas after cleaning the areas.
This should clear this up nicely.
