It has not been reported to treat STD.

Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium) is an antibiotic used to treat: Lower respiratory tract infections (such as pneumonia), Ear infections, Sinus infections, Skin infections, Urinary tract infections (UTIs), such as bladder infections or kidney infections.

However you could talk to your doc. since this is a PoM med for more details, hope this helps?
