I have a really bad one - went to dr's and she recommended monistat 3. Would it be safe to use it longer to make sure the infection really goes away?
Can I use 2 doses of mon-3 over a 6 day period?

You could repeat the treatment in 7 to 10 days if you still have symptoms - often it takes several days after completing treatment to be symptom free.
