I am 8 months pregnant and sick. I already am taking Valtrex and was wondering if I can take Promethazine for my cold as well?
Can I take valtrex and phenergan while being pregnant at the same time?

Promethazine has been assigned to pregnancy category C by the FDA. Several studies have suggested that there is no increased risk of congenital malformations in humans with the use of promethazine in pregnancy.
Talk with your doctor - if you feel you really need to take promethazine then it is probably safe.
