Can I take tryptophan while taking 10 milligrams of lexapro a day?

It is best to avoid taking tryptophan with Lexapro. There is a major interaction between these medicines.

Taking lexapro and protein powder(contains l tryptophan). Is this going to cause serotonin syndrome?
