can i take it if i have bad teath to make the swelling ga away ? so can i take smz/tmp ds 800-160 to get rid of my absesed tooth like a quck ficks till i get to a denesta?

You can take that and it should help pretty quickly. Try some salt water gargles and there is a mouth wash called biotene you can get at the drug store that will help. It doen not contain alcohol, it is enzymes and it restores the mouth to it's natural state.
