I'm on 50mg prystiq daily and I'd like to quit smoking using zyban because it worked so well years ago. The last doctor I saw told me I couldn't take both at the same time. What can I do?

Yes, you shouldn't take Pristiq and Zyban together unless absolutely necessary, as there is potential for a major interaction.
Have you thought about Chantix for smoking cessation? That doesn't interact with Pristiq. Discuss it with your doctor and see what he/she thinks.
