Can I take patanase if I am alergic to the dye used in heart cath?

Yes, particularly if you have nasal allergic symptoms such as sneezing, itching, runny nose.
If you have other allergic symptoms such as a skin rash you are probably better to take an oral anti-histamine such as Zyrtrec.
Talk with your pharmacist or doctor if your symptoms do not improve.
