... take NSAIDS for the arthritis? I am currently on Protonix and Zantac for the ulcer.
Can I take NSAID if I have a duodenal ulcer and osteoarthritis in my joints. Should I?

No you should not take NSAID's whilst you have a duodenal ulcer. They increase the risk of gastric bleeding.
Paracetamol is probably a safer pain relief option for you.
You should discuss your pain relief options with your doctor.
