Can I take methocarbamol 750MG at night and still take vicodin during the day?

You should be fine, but if your really concerned a auick call to the pharmacist will tell you if you can take the two together.

The methocarbamol is a muscle relaxant, vicodin a pain reliever.
The methocarbamol lasts roughly 8 hours, so it shouldn't even be in your system when you take the vicodin.
In general, pain relievers work well along with muscle relaxants. Having your muscles relaxed helps the pain meds to work.
I agree with the person above, check with your pharmacist who knows exactly why you are taking it, and how it will best work for you.
