Can I take Hydroxyzine while I am on Stromectol to help with the iching?

Yes, it should be fine for you to take hydroxyzine and Stromectol together. There are no known interactions between them. However, it does not mean that no interactions exist, so if you experience any bothersome symptoms please see your doctor.
