Can I take hydromet while taking paxil?

Hello jmdhale. its been almost two years since you've asked this question. I'll give it a go anyhow.Well, yes you can but its advised that you need to be carefull for the two interacting can lead to breathing problems. I'd begin on the smallest dose of hydromet, see how it goes, and if everything is fine, then increase it again. Or do the reverse, take a small dose of paxil, and then go from there. Say 5 or 10mg. If your pill is 20mg, cut it up in1/4's and take one quarter of the paxil and again, moniter yourself. best to you.
