I have to get a colonoscopy done on Tuesday and am supposed to start a Suprep kit tomorrow. Am I allowed to take my blood pressure medication, Enalapril 10mg 2x/day while doing this kit?
Also, I have to have a general anaesthetic for the procedure, will that interact with my enalapril as well?

Sorry, best one to answer this is your doctor. They are usually very specific with what they want you to have before having anesthesia and blood pressure meds could go either way, depending on your situation. If you call them first thing tomorrow they should be able to get back with you in time for your evening dose. Do be sure to drink lots of liquids tonight and tomorrow to avoid dehydration. Take care -
