Yes, you can take these three medications as prescribed without any worries. The following link explains the interactions that might occur with the diazepam and omeprazole:

Ok to take, just be aware that the omeprazole may make the diazepam stronger, meaning you may need to use less, but the doctor has probably already taken that into consideration.
