Assuming that the cold pills are a combination of acetaminophen (painkiller), chlorpheniramine (antihistamine), dextromethorphan (cough suppressant) and phenylephrine (decongestant)...
It could be a problem taking cold pills with Concerta if you suffer from high blood pressure.
The phenylephrine in the cold pills and the Concerta together could cause an increase in blood pressure. Otherwise should be okay.
