Can I take cloxacillin again after almost 2 months because the infection recur?

I am a 46 year old female with boil near my genital over a 3 months period. I've been prescribed to take cloxacillin 500mg 4x a day for a week. I am free from boil for 2 months, then a large boil recur this week.

You should see your doctor. While it is perfectly safe to take cloxacillin again, your doctor may choose to give you something else this time.
