planning 6 day subutex detox follwed by a catapres and tramadol finish (with a silly 10mg diazapam a day... cheers doc!!! ) got a few 500/30 cocodamol as well... so does this combo sound ok??/

If that is what the doctor prescribing the subutex said to do, then that is ok. Normally they just use clonidine and subutex. They do NOT want you taking any benzos, like klonipin or xanax. That can kill you by causing you to not breathe. I have never heard of them using tramadol or cocodamol with the clonidine and subutex. If this is just something you have lying around, DON'T take the other pills. It will make you go into even worse withdrawals. And if that happens, you will have to suffer the withdrawals until the other meds unseat themselves from the receptor sites for the subutex to work. Best Of Luck to you.

Unless the doctor prescribing the subutex tells you to take the diazepam, YOU SHOULD NOT< I REPEAT>NOT TAKE that. It is very dangerous. I would hate to hear about you O.D ing or failing to breathe while you are trying to get clean.
thanks so much for posting... i appriciate ya takin time out... vertually all me meds are self medicated... n i heard how good trammy are at detox as are clonidine, so i yanked sum trams from dad ... got sum colnidine online... got sum 500/30 cocodomol (they sell 8's over the counter n although can b habit formin itll b jus for a few days s ok) got bout 10 ml diazepam a day off doc... (got sum over internet but very weak)... i'll only use them for 5-6 days... was plannin to start clonodine gradually in last few day of sub use... then start bangin trams, clonidine, cocodomol, a few diaze... and got 7 day worth of zopiclone (only if needed)... i'll admit im a bit of a bugger for drinkin on top of all these meds while rattlin jus as it heightens use so much... oh an hopefully a bit of pot as well... bloody hell readin all this sounds a bit extreme but as long as i can get through that first week sub free i'll b ok...

my main concern was still the tramadol n clonidine not avvinm bad reaction with each other... i know youll all say benzos an a (little) drink will be all your lots concern, but it it only a shot or 2, not a bottle. i really want smack outa my life an after 15 yr feel ready. thanks all.ad
Hey, So glad you came on here, but I think the tramadol is gonna keep ya from detoxing and maybe throw you into withdrawals on the subutex. I am not a doctor, but, I read up on it quite a bit and went through an outpatient drug recovery program. And I read most of the post here and that is what they say. Subutex is a little different from suboxone, which is what I am on, it doesn't have the blocker med in it. I thought I was the only one who was gonna be scared when I came off LorTab, but, that is the norm. Can you get to some kinda indvidual or group therapy. I promise it helps as much if not more than the subutex is gonna help. And you can smoke, but the other stuff is not really a good idea at all. Not judging ya, honest. If I thought I could pass the possible drug test for my suboxone doctor and still smoke, I probably would to for anxiety. Just keep checking in with us here. You're gonna do great,
