Hello MrsAltidor. I found nothing to suggest that taking necon 1/35 will interfer with your taking zoloft and buspar. There are cautions of taking the zoloft and buspar, together. I'm not a doctor so you might ask your doctor or pharmacist to confirm, or ask thier opinion. Best wishes to you,pledge
