Can I take Bisacodyl with Coumadin?

You should not have a problem. Bisacodyl and Coumadin don't interact with each other according to my PDR. When you are taking Coumadin you do have to be real careful. Just watch your stools for black tarry spots and you should be o.k. with the two of them. Always tell your doctors and hospital (if you go) that you are on Coumadin and you should be wearing an ID bracelet saying you take Coumadin and the dosage, also make sure they know that you will not be home for a couple of days next week.
