Can I take Ativan and Adderall together without a reaction?

Yes you could, however but please do talk to the doc first who prescribed the meds.

I also agree with Rajive, I have an older relative that does but it would be far better to see what the doctor says in your case, I want to give you information that is correct and I think in this case you should check with the doctor just to be on the safe side.
