Can I take Alli and glucomannan together?

I couldn't find any interaction details about Alli and glucomannan. I'm sure it's okay to take them together, but it might be a good idea to separate the doses by 2 hours to prevent any absorption issues.

I have expired alli and want to know if anyone thinks it will still be effective?
