Can I take allegra D along with aspirin or Advil to reduce facial sinus pressure?

Yes, you are not doubling up on the same ingredients and the combination should help to relieve the sinus pressure.
You could also try a decongestant nasal spray. These are very effective and work almost immediately to reduce the pressure. Talk with your Pharmacist for more information.
