Yes, but you will need to make sure you have the correct strengths, and time release formulation of each drug. I am not sure if these are available. Check with your pharmacist if you are unsure.
Aggrenox consists of a capsule containing 200 mg dipyridamole in an extended-release form and a tablet containing 25 mg aspirin, as an immediate-release sugar-coated tablet.
