Can I stop taking levaquin and start taking amoxicillin?

You need to check with your doctor. Both Levoquin and Amoxicillin are broad spectrum antibiotics but belong to different antibiotic classes so they have different profiles. ie. they treat different types of infections. Your doctor is only able to make that decison for you.
