There is always a risk of becoming pregnant while you have the Mirena, but the risk should be minimal within the 5 years that it is stated to be effective for. I have heard that getting to the end of the 5 years some women do experience symptoms like you have described. If they are really bothersome please see your doctor, but it is probably unlikely that you are pregnant.
