Can I have a glass of wine while I am on .5 mil of busipirone?

Combining buspirone hydrochloride and alcohol may increase the risk of developing side effects, such as memory problems, drowsiness, and problems with coordination. In general, it is also recommended that people with mental illnesses (including anxiety) avoid drinking alcohol because it could make the condition worse.
