Can I eat grapefruit if I take zetia?

Details:

I love grapefruit but a friend told me not to take zetia too close to eating a grapefruit. Is there truth to this ?

There is no known interaction between Zetia (ezetimibe) and grapefruit or grapefruit juice.

It was on the news, that you can't eat grapefruit, while taking zocor. If you eat grapefruit alo,t like my mom, it can kill you.
