Can I drink a beer or two while taking sulfasalazine EC 500 MG ?

This is what has been reported about sulfasalazine & the use of alcohol. Use alcohol with caution until the combined effect has been determined, it can increase the intoxicating effects of alcohol. Hope this helps?
