Can I crunch memantine tablets before use?

If they are the extended release form of memantine then you shouldn't crush the tablets. If they aren't the extended release form of tablets then it should be okay to crush them. I don't know what brands are available in your country... some brands have a solution form if you are finding it hard to swallow a tablet.
