Yes, in any pharmacy or mass retail store, they will have antifungal creams to treat jock itch or athlete's foot, that is the type of cream you need to treat ringworm. It takes several weeks for it to completely heal. Make sure you wash your hands thoroughly after applying the cream.

My baby has a ring like rash on his neck, not ringworm, cortaid not working, what else could it be?
