She is supposed to take 7.5 mg 4 times a day and we are not getting anything down. There has got to be a better way!

It's not a good idea to add antibiotics to anything (juice, milk, etc.) because if the child doesn't finish the drink there is no way of knowing how much they have had. Just get them to open their mouth, or press cheeks slightly, put syringe with medicine towards the inner cheek (not near the throat as there is risk of choking), hold cheek bones so that they don't close mouth and squeeze medicine in.
If they are old enough, bribery may work.
