Hello, yes they can .-

BUT before taking any action on your own,

I STRONGLY advise you to take your medication as directed by your DOCTOR, check with your doctor about changing your dosage instead of self-medicating. Femara is designed to treat a serious illness (breast cancer), and you should work in tandem with your medical team to handle your condition.
