Can diphenhydramine hci 25 mg and phenylephrine hci 10 mg be taken for food allergies?

Diphenhydramine and Phenylephrine are antihistamines, antihistamines will help with food allergies. I'm guessing for things like reducing swelling (especially around the neck area) and sinus things and rashes... antihistamines will help with that :)
