Yes, Depakote can be taken with Aleve or Ibuprofen. There are no known interactions between them. However, it does not mean that no interactions exist, if you experience any odd symptoms please see your doctor.

I only take 2 Aleve per day in am, and have for several years. Any worry of long term effects?
