since his heart valve repair operatiom(2 weeks ago) my son is suffering of vertigo.

Coumadin as side effects could cause dizziness, lethargy & weakness which could perhaps lead to vertigo.
If you think that vertigo for your son is too bothersome, you could seek medical advice for the doc to prescribe some alternate med which is more comfortable fro him.

If that is a blood thiner, I don't think that would cause vertigo. You should be monitored close by a Doc.
