Can constant use of oxymetazoline HCl 0.05% nasal spray cause symptoms of paranoid schizophrenia?

No.
However long term use of oxymetazoline nasal spray is not recommended because of the high risk of developing rebound congestion (ie. the need to use it just to breathe through your nose normally)
