I have scalp psoriasis and use Clobex spray. My psoriasis is mild to medium. I have always shed lots of hair but it seemed not to affect the overall amount of hair I have. However I noticed that in the past couple of years, around the time I started using Clobex, my hair loss led to significant volume loss. I am wondering if it is because of the medication. Please help!

CLOBEX Top Side Effects
Burning, stinging, itching, irritation, dryness, and redness may occur when this medication is first applied to the skin. These effects should disappear in a few days as your body adjusts to the medication. If any of these effects persist or worsen, notify your doctor or pharmacist promptly.
Remember that your doctor has prescribed this medication because he or she has judged that the benefit to you is greater than the risk of side effects. Many people using this medication do not have serious side effects.
Tell your doctor immediately if any of these unlikely but serious side effects occur: stretch marks (striae), skin thinning/discoloration, unusual hair growth, acne, hair bumps (folliculitis).
Contact your doctor anyway.

Skin infections can become worse when using this medication. Notify your doctor if redness, swelling or irritation does not improve.
