Can Clobex be used to fight and kill athlete's foot?

No, Clobex won't help treat athletes foot. It may actually make it worse. You need to use an antifungal cream.

Clobex actually can decrease the itch and swelling but will do nothing for the actual fungus associated with Athletes foot. - this from my Dr.
